Exciting dog sledding adventure in Orsa Grönklitt

Experience the wilderness from the front row. Feel the cold winter air bite your cheeks as the dogs pull you while seated in the sled.

The guide will lead you and the sled through the wilderness, assisted by a team of enthusiastic dogs. The tour starts from the parking lot next to the Guest Center, and you can choose between 2.5 km and 5 km tours. Dog sledding is perfect for both adults and children, especially for those who love dogs and want to explore more of the Orsa Grönklitt area.

Bookning

Bookings must be made no later than the day before at the Guest Center, online, or by phone at +46772-280100.

Bookable days

Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday. Time slots can be booked between 10:00 AM and 2:40 PM. Available for booking during weeks 52-14 (as long as snow conditions allow).

Cancellations

Any cancellations must be made no later than 6:00 PM the day before, via phone at +46250-462 12 or by email to gastcenter@orsagronklitt.se. For same-day cancellations, 50% of the amount will be charged, regardless of the reason.

Meeting point

The large parking lot outside the Guest Center.

Number of people per sled

Maximum 2 adults and 2 children. Children under 3 years ride for free under the responsibility of the parent.

Prices

2.5 km: 350 SEK/adult and 280 SEK/child aged 3-12.
5 km: 660 SEK/adult and 330 SEK/child. (Can only be booked by phone.)
