Below you will find information that can be good to know before your stay. Of course, a lot can be arranged on site, but some good things we can share with you right now that can make your holiday even better.

Check-in and check-out
Check-in takes place from 15:00 and check-out must take place no later than 11:00 on the day of departure. Upon your arrival, you will find your envelope with keys in one of our three check-in stations. The envelopes will arrive at the check-in station at 15:00. You will receive information, map and code for the check-in station in the booking confirmation.

At check-out, the keys are left in the Guest Center. If your accommodation is paid, we offer express check-out via our "check-out boxes" in the Guest Center.

Check-in

Upon arrival, you will find your envelope with keys in one of our check-in cabins. The envelopes will be available in the check-in cabin from 3:00 PM.

Check-in 1: Accommodation in Rovdjursbyn and Toppbyn.
Check-in 2: Accommodation in Centrumbyn, the hostel, and unspecified accommodation/package bookings.
Check-in 3: Accommodation in Blåbärsbyn, Skogsbyn, and the camping area.

You will receive information, a map, and the code to the check-in cabin in your booking confirmation.

Check-out

Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

Keys should be returned to the Guest Center at check-out. If your accommodation is paid, we offer express check-out via our "check-out boxes" at the Guest Center.

If you haven't booked departure cleaning and the cabin is not cleaned upon inspection, you will be charged for cleaning plus an additional 2,000 SEK. If anything breaks during your stay, please contact us at the Guest Center.

How do I get to orsa grönklitt?

Orsa Grönklitt is one of Sweden's southernmost ski resorts, located just over 300 km from Stockholm. Use Eniro and enter "Orsa Grönklitt" as your destination for detailed directions. For GPS users, our coordinates are Latitude: 61.207129 and Longitude: 14.532852.

Good things to bring to the cabin

Toiletries, coffee filters, dish soap, spices, candles, and toilet paper are good to bring to the cabin but can also be purchased at our Ica ToGo store. You can rent linens and towels from us if you prefer not to bring your own.

Please note that you need a Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish BankID to shop at the Ica ToGo store.

Things to keep in mind during your stay

Errors that occur during the stay must be notified immediately to the Guest Center so that we have the opportunity to correct them.

If you have comments regarding your accommodation, this should be stated as soon as possible, but no later than 11.00 the day after arrival.

Parking and transportation

In Orsa Grönklitt it is close to everything! Feel free to think about the environment and leave the car during your stay. For those of you who live at the facility, there are parking spaces at the accommodation.

On-call service

When the Guest Center is closed and you experience a serious issue with your accommodation (such as problems with electricity, heating, or similar), an on-call service is available. Please respect that the on-call service is managed by staff from their homes and should only be used for urgent situations. The on-call phone is not active during Guest Center opening hours.

Let's take responsibility together

You’ve likely noticed that electricity is expensive this winter. We understand that it’s not something you want to worry about during your stay with us. However, we are in an exceptional situation and hope for your understanding and willingness to share the responsibility with us. The accommodation you are renting is privately owned, so please be mindful of how you use electricity in the cabin.

Pharmacy items & groceries

At the resort, you'll find Ica ToGo, a well-stocked store with most things you might need for your vacation. Please note, a Swedish, Norwegian, or Danish BankID is required. Ica ToGo is located in the same building as the Guest Center. During peak season, the store is staffed at certain times. Pharmacy items can be purchased through the Guest Center.
